Welcome to the Year of Rat! Rats are intelligent and have rich imaginations, and we wish everyone of us are given these great characteristics!
Step Up had a good business journey in the year 2019 despite a challenging economy. We successfully developed a strong presence in aviation industry. Thanks to the team’s great effort, and working with Hong Kong Radar Aviation Services, we are now partnering with some international maintenance repair organisations (MRO) and distributors and placed good number of significant commercial roles in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine, and Vietnam.
Having received encouraging comments from clients on our ability to deliver; it is now a core business pillar for Step Up. They found us a true partner who worked like their team, shared open and honest information, followed up, whether big or small issues, which resulted in the successful placement of a delighted candidate with satisfied employer..
Asia is the focus of this year, particularly in Singapore. Step Up is expanding our footprint there in the last quarter in order to strengthen and boost the network. The Year of Rat will be another year of growth for Step Up.
