Winnie has an outstanding track record in opening new offices and building senior executive leadership teams across Asia region in Aviation, Travel, Banking, and Retail industries. Having over 20 years’ experience in human capital management aspect, she has a vast network and extensive experience in conducting executive searches and talent development for general management and C-suite roles.
In her talent management experience, she has been appointed by a French retailer as their performance coach for their senior management team in Hong Kong. In addition, she has led a number of sizable hiring and talent projects, most recently for a global customer engagement agency.
Prior to her current role, Winnie worked for an Australian based executive search firm and moreover, she has worked for world renowned brands such as Cathay Pacific Airways, adidas and Standard Chartered Bank in a human resources capacity.
Darryl Chan has nearly 30 years experience in the air transport industry as a senior executive of a major airline in the maintenance and engineering space. He has worked extensively with both Airbus and Boeing, global maintenance repair organisations and tier 1 and 2 aircraft component suppliers. Darryl was also a director of a ground equipment service company.
In addition to his technical experience, Darryl was responsible for young talent development within a major Asian airline, as well as for the Engineering industry. His experience in people training, coaching, development, and mentoring has been well recognized.
Air Transport is growing in Asia Pacific and now represents nearly 40% of global passenger traffic. From now to 2035, IATA estimates there will be 1.4 billion additional passengers flying in the region. Darryl spearheads the aviation, technology and engineering sectors for Step Up.
Liza Li is an experienced Human Resources Practitioner who has over 20 years of experience in Personnel, Training and Development, Change & Career Management and internal consulting in both commercial and non-profit making organizations. She has worked as Human Resources Manager in various hotels of an international chain before she joined Cathay Pacific Airlines as a Learning & Development Manager in 1995. Armed with both Masters in Human Resources Development and Christian Studies, Liza has also served in a local Christian church as a part-time minister for 3 years.
In addition to these achievements, Liza is also a certified MBTI and Firo-B practitioner, who is passionate about facilitating individuals to unleash their human capabilities and enabling value-added personal development.
David has over 30 years experience of leadership in the aviation industry as an engineer, pilot and operations specialist both as a senior officer in the UK Military and latterly as head of ground training for a major airline. He has also worked extensively in the employee relations’ and HR generalist space and has been responsible for ground breaking employment agreements in both Canada and Australia, managing remote teams on a global basis.
David is a firm believer in utilising the three tenets of honesty, integrity and clarity to treat everybody with fairness and equality. Being a qualified coach, he is passionate about developing people and companies to be the very best they can be.
