Partnering with leading ULD manufacturers, they offer leading technology ULDs to reduce CO2 emissions yet keep the passengers bags safe.
They are now seeking an MRO Manager to manage their facility in Hong Kong. This is a high volume game, merging high tech alloys and materials, with ULD tracking technology.
You will be experienced with running a Part 145 maintenance organization, delivering serviceable ULDs to airworthiness, OEM and company standards.
The MRO Manager will work with the area operations teams, to ensure the facility and its manpower are able to deliver. You will not sit still and look at ways to improve production with efficient workflows and waste removal that will meet the production demands.
You will be responsible and accountable for your staff’s training needs and that they work safely and promoting the company safety culture. The facility and staff will be suitably equipped to deliver the service standards.
As an approved maintenance organisation, you ensure your operation is ready for regular audits and meets airworthiness regulations.
The candidate enjoys challenging fast paced, high volume maintenance. You will have experience in working and running a maintenance workshop. Managing inventory and having good business skills is second nature and a working conviction to get the job done. You will enjoy being at the front with your team, leading them, inspiring them and then can comfortably switch to working with internal and external business partners.
