An opportunity comes for a publications specialist.
The role will require you to optimize resources and drive accountability for publication deliverables and metrics, including to develop and institute cost-effective methods of electronic and/or paper document system.
Collaborating with manufacturers, vendors, company management, and regulatory bodies to procure and verify the status of all document required for an airline flight operations. You will manage and be accountable for the technical publications document library.
In the start up phase, you would be involved in downloading, uploading, tracking, printing, binding, expediting, and distribution of documents, and advise internal stakeholders on publishing related issues. On a regular basis, you will manage subscription services with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on document updating and distribution.
More importantly, you will establish publication delivery standards and apply industry best practices to insure successful publications access.
A role which is suitable for candidates who is well-organized and attentive to details. You should have demonstrated skills in good communication, problem solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. You will also need to have high adaptability to work in a fast and growing environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in airline operations. Experience using Adobe Acrobat/Framemaker, Microsoft Office programs or other XML publishing software. Your experience in digital / hard copy documentation handling and distribution is required.
Less experience candidates will be considered for Assistant Manager Flight Publications or Flight Publications Executive.
