Our client is a top 10 global maintenance & repair organisation and they are seeking a general manager to lead their local line maintenance teams.
This is a senior position, and you are an experienced leader who can manage the engineers and technical operations. You will be familiar with budgets, key performance indicators and meeting regulator’s and company regulations and standards. However, this is more than just about the operation.
You will be accountable to the board of directors, and will own the local strategy to develop the business and seek new customers. At the other end of the spectrum, you will be responsible for ensuring the existing customer base requirements are met and that customer is satisfied with the services provided.
As part of the wider customer engagement team, you will work alongside with the marketing and sales team.
You will have a degree or equivalent & ten years in a maintenance or similar operational experience. You will be familiar with international regulatory standards, have a sound business head and have a strong working airline network. Leading from the front, and nurturing your management team and staff is second nature to you.
