Our client is a global player in the aviation space. They support airlines large and small, from legacy to low cost carriers, with a growing portfolio of services.
They are seeking maintenance planners, to be based out of Hong Kong.
You will be an experienced maintenance planner, who can work with the customer and your colleagues at HQ, to keep the customer fleet moving.
Maintaining compliance, keeping the schedule and planning the maintenance to optimise the ground time is the game.
It is a real operation, and things can change on the fly. You will be dynamic and be able to think ahead, and replan the maintenance with the customer’s maintenance provider.
Knowing the customer, translating the needs into a deliverable with your team is the key.
You will have a degree/diploma in engineering or an aircraft licence and a good working knowledge of aviation authority requirements with regards to maintenance programmes, packaging and compliance.
As you are part of the customer’s front line operational team, you will be expected to work shifts.
You will need to be a quick and fast problem solver, coupled with being a great communicator. A good understanding of a maintenance & engineering system such as MXi, Ultramain, AMOS or TRAX is a must. You will be fluent in an Asian language, English and another European language is advantageous.
Our client also has customers across the region so being able to travel may be required.
Those with less experience will be considered.
COVID has turned aviation upside down and now it is time for aviation to power its way out to meet the pent up demand for international travel. Be part of the solution and with our client and its customers, let’s meet this challenge.
