Our client is a global maintenance repair organisation. With COVID in the rear view mirror, the world opening up and with a pent up demand for air travel, their customers are pouring capacity back into the market.

With this background, our client is looking to expand its sales team in Asia, the Indian sub continent and Australasia.

Your role is to feel the pulse of the market, keeping close to your customers and anticipating their needs, and being the person to offer solutions to meet those needs.

Working with a wide portfolio of products, you will work with internal partners, developing the solutions and wrapping the arrangements with commercials and the documention to bring the process to a successful conclusion.

You will a degree holder in business or similar, with five years in aviation sales. You will already have a strong aviation network in your territory and the track record to show you can close deals. A great communicator, with attention to detail, an eye to see and ability to listen to your customers are vital. Success is working with transnational teams, and you can demonstrate that this is in your skill set.
