You should be familiar with Asia and can assemble engine repair and maintenance solutions and take these to the customer. They are looking for you to create strong bonds with the customer by being a listener and formulate products to meet the customers business goals.
This is a leadership position, where you will be in front, nurturing and directing the team to deliver the goals.
You are adept in working alongside product business units, to design the solutions, respond to tendering to contract management and turning it into a success.
Engine maintenance services is leading edge so you will be a seasoned professional in this specialist area and you will know where the industry and region is moving. You will have a solid reputation in sales and have business head.You enjoy making relationships and turning them into business requirement. You are comfortable working independently and also be part of a global team, in one moment a team member, and the next a team leader. You will be comfortable working company & product strategy to being the face of product at marketing and sales events. Ultimately, you can deliver consistently.
You will ideally have a sales background, but definitely have a grounded engine or related maintenance experience.Proven leadership, business, negotiation and project skills delivery . You enjoy articulating complex issues and making it simple to execute. You are adept in talking to other leaders, and equally adapt to working alongside the front line.
