Our client is a large maintenance repair organisation, who has a broad product coverage. They have targeted Asia as target market and they are now looking for a Key Account Manager to cover Asia Pacific region for their component division.
You should be familiar with Asia Pacific and can be able to develop and support the strategic customer base.
This is about making the customer feel special and teasing opportunities and turning them into a sealed deal. You will work across the business to develop solutions, present the solution to the board and seek their approval.
The customer will see you as the person to see for this business segment and the owner of the contract metrics, solution delivery. The customer will see improving satisfaction as you deliver to the contract and beyond.
You will be responsible for bringing in the revenue stream and profit for the contract. The business is complex and you will need to innovative to optimise across the business and leverage the power of the business units.
You are a listener and can formulate solutions to meet the customers business goals. You will be savy in nurturing the partnership, feeding back to adjust strategy and products to ensure they the best in the industry for the region.
Maintenance is leading edge so you will ideally already working in aviation or aerospace. You will have a solid reputation in sales and have business head. You enjoy making relationships and turning them into business requirement.
You are comfortable working independently and also be part of a global team, in one moment a team member, and the next a team leader. Ultimately, you can deliver consistently. Be fluent in English and an Asian language and if you can speak another European language that would be advantageous.
