They have reach across the globe and they are looking for a Head of Customer Service for the component product business unit.
You should be familiar with Asia Pacific, excluding China and India.
You will lead the APAC team and ensure that the components division contracts managed by your team, meet or exceed revenue, profit and performance metrics expectations.
The industry is never standing still and neither should the business. You will provide regular insights on the where the industry and region is moving to and will the product offerings meet the needs or require evolution or a revolution.
You will be a proven leader, and work across the region and be an aspiration for your team, leading by example, and can equally be engaging when at the coal face with them.
Be an established aviation professional, who has and can develop new relationships. The business is complex, and you will be renowned to break things down and remove barriers so your team can deliver to its full potential.
You will have a business or engineering background and with at least 5 years under your belt with aviation related roles.
Be a leader, be a finisher, be the person the customer and your turns to and doing this proactively, independently and calling in internal business and product partners to bring the best in class knowledge to bear.
