As the SE Asia market grows, there is a demand for a wide range of component solutions to help airlines bring greater efficiencies with their expensive assets to keep the operation flying operation.
They are seeking a place a new customer service manager for their growing component business and be based in Vietnam.
You will be at the sharp end of the airline operation, ensuring their material support meets their requirements and offer innovative solutions to keep their aircraft flying.
They will think and treat as an extension of their business, and you will nuture the relationship of the customers you serve.
At the end of the day, it is a service and you will manage the scope with the customer. As the relationship develops, and with your unique insight you will bring new offerings to the customer.
You are not alone, and will work across the internal businesses to ensure they deliver with you against the metrics of the service. If things goes sideways, you will work with the customer to resolve issues and again, done hand in hand with headquarters.
Working local, against a global backdrop is challenging and you will need to familiar with various IT tools, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP or similar would be advantageous.
You will have business or engineering degree and have experience in a technical, customer facing or service role.
Having come from an aviation background is a definite plus.
You will enjoy working with customers, adding your own operational knowledge experience. Team work, reliability, consistency, listening and being listened to, are traits in your portfolio.
