Your responsibilities will include identifying new market prospects, formulating business proposals, and securing deals and contracts to fulfil the company’s objectives. It is crucial to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers from diverse nationalities and cultures.

This role requires delivering exceptional sales and account management, nurturing excellent relationships with both existing and new clients, and leading frequent customer meetings, visits, and facility tours. Additionally, you will manage commercial contracts, tenders, and business negotiations to meet financial KPIs, conduct financial feasibility studies, and devise effective sales and marketing strategies.

Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and executing promotional activities, overseeing business projects from inception to implementation, conducting regular market research, and managing the annual budget and business reports.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Logistics, or Aviation related disciplines, along with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as business development, sales, marketing, or related fields. Experience in airlines, air freight, air cargo, e-commerce logistics, international markets, or the Chinese market is a plus.

Other desired qualities include being sales and result-oriented, having strong business acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin), good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. The candidate should also be a good team player with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
