Join our dynamic team at a leading cargo-handling company dedicated to providing top-notch logistics solutions. We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager to lead the technical team and drive the development and maintenance of the in-house and vendor-based applications.

Your responsibilities will include actively participating in the system development process for applications, providing technical consultancy to business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, collaborating closely with internal and external parties to design, plan, develop, implement, and test applications, as well as providing support for technical BAU tasks.

In quality assurance and compliance, you will monitor, review, and identify development progress and optimization, and ensure the quality of deliverables compliance with industry standards and regulations.

To be the ideal candidate, you should have a degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in system design, system architecture, development, and management, preferably in the logistics industry. Technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot Framework, Oracle/MySQL, web development (React/Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap), web services, and Linux are necessary. You should also be familiar with testing and quality assurance processes, and agile development methodologies.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills are important, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You should be self-motivated and willing to work in a competent, challenging, and team-oriented environment.
