With a strong background in business administration and extensive expertise in logistics, IT, and project management within the aviation industry, the responsibilities of this position are broad and dynamic.

The chosen candidate will be in charge of supply chain and logistics management, focusing on developing and executing advanced strategies to streamline warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and reducing costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence using established inventory management systems.

In the MRO sector, you provide strategic direction and leadership to workshops in Hong Kong, China, and the USA. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, driving growth through operational excellence, and addressing client inquiries and needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to ensuring the company's compliance with airworthiness standards and regulatory bodies and promoting safety as a core value, you will lead the company's digital transformation and information technology efforts. Also, you will oversee the operations of the IT department and lead innovative projects aimed at enhancing digital integration and system performance.

To succeed in this role, it is crucial to have a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills are also essential for success. The ability to influence and inspire others at all levels, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese, will make you an asset to the company. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in aviation management, operations management, or a related field is required, and having an MBA is preferred.
