Our client will be implementing a new engineering and maintenance system for a global top tier airline. We are seeking individuals who can implement the heart of an airline’s engineering department; and being the bridge between our client and the airline.

The Project Manager position requires a professional with exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. This role involves managing multiple projects to ensure timely completion and effective use of resources, leading project teams in developing comprehensive project plans, and acting as a liaison between the Customer's Project Team and internal teams. Key responsibilities include **overseeing project timelines and budgets, handling administrative duties such as progress reports and milestone signoffs, and ensuring alignment between project objectives and customer requirements**. The Project Manager will frequently communicate with the PMO Regional Manager/Lead and other stakeholders to provide project status updates and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed-upon timeframes and budget constraints.

The role also involves managing the Programming and Product Specialist teams to validate functionality, specifications, and software modifications, ensuring successful delivery of these solutions. Additionally, the Project Manager will build and maintain relationships with project sponsors, owners, and technical teams, conducting regular site visits and meetings to align with business needs. Travel, both domestically and internationally, is required to effectively manage projects and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Key highlights include managing budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports, and acting as a catalyst to resolve project issues and conflicts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Trax products, proven experience in project management, and strong multitasking skills.** PMP certification and familiarity with ERP projects are essential. The role also emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement in project management standards and methodologies, supporting the PMO as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

The Project Manager will utilize tools like MS Project or similar to build detailed, effort-driven project plans and Microsoft Teams for collaboration among team members. The ability to prepare and interpret process flows, develop action plans, and handle documentation management is crucial. Educational requirements include a Bachelor's in Business Management or a related discipline, with at least 3-5 years of experience or at least 7 years of equivalent experience.
