Our client will be implementing a new engineering and maintenance system for a global top tier airline. We are seeking individuals who can implement the heart of an airline’s engineering department; and being the bridge between our client and the airline.

The client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate and track project activities, opportunities, and risks. You will work hand-in-hand with our PMO Regional Manager/Lead to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will be responsible for implementing projects through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables. You will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, and communicating project requirements, scope, objectives, and priorities to the customer. You will also address customer requests, issues, and questions promptly, and ensure timely resolution.

In addition, you will be responsible for software configuration and training, defining and implementing system trans codes, configuration switches, and settings, managing data migration, and assisting customers with data validation. You will mentor and coordinate full software training for customer administrators and super users, ensuring effective training delivery, and providing support for end users. You will also assist customers with integration, user acceptance testing, and system cutover.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role with Maintenance and Engineering Products, the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans, exceptional technical skills to learn our software, strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, excellent client-facing and teamwork skills, familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control, and proficiency in documentation management and project management tools. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline with at least 2-3 years of experience, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience, is required. PMP certification is preferred but not required. Domestic and international travel is required.
