We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead and elevate the procurement and material management functions for a global Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO). This is a critical leadership role overseeing the full supply chain operation, ensuring seamless performance of procurement and material teams while delivering high-standard support to operations and customers.

You will ensure procurement processes are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with the highest standards of integrity. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing robust procedures and systems to meet regulatory, company, and customer requirements. You will lead sourcing efforts for aircraft maintenance parts, equipment, and service agreements, while managing approved suppliers and contractors, negotiating favourable terms, and fostering strong business relationships.

Your strategic input will be vital—analysing quotations, preparing cost reports, and advising senior management on opportunities for improvement. You'll also oversee timely delivery, shipping, customs clearance, and inventory systems to ensure full operational support. As a people leader, you’ll coach and develop your team, promoting collaboration and continuous growth.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a degree or above in Purchasing Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, with at least 12 years of experience—8 in a senior management capacity. Aviation or MRO background and knowledge of Part 145 quality systems are strong advantages. Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier/tooling management projects is expected.
